I daily use several applications inside the Microsoft 365 suite. I use Outlook as a desk application to manage emails. Despite of the most app available in the store I consider for now maybe one of the best tool for this purpose. Microsoft Word is used to write and access documentation together with Powerpoint for slides presentations and some Excel to create tables and some calculations.
  • Outlook for me is one of the best app to manage emails
  • Calendar is very good to manage duties
  • Words is very strait forward on writing docs
  • Sometimes emails are not well notified
  • Better integration with Google tools would be good
  • Microsoft Teams not nice at all
Microsoft 365 is a good suite for large enterprises companies for their collaboration and productivity. It's useful for remote working and file sharing on OneDrive.
I prefer other vendor tools for online calls because Teams is very heavy and Skype not useful in general for my organisation where some other products are mostly used.

Its very user-friendly, collaborative and efficient that boosts productivity using cloud tools. their security is strong and it provides data protection. There are regular updates that shields us from attackers too. It offers a wealth of learning resources, including tutorials, help articles and video guide to help users make the most of the application and personally upgrade their skills. It is accessible across various devices including windows, macOS, iOS, andriod devices, etc, due to its cloud features. It also provides cloud storage like One drive. Provides business solutions and enterprise. I will advice customers to research the product and services they are considering. I will strongly advise them to also compare the other options and understand their needs before starting

Microsoft 365 is well-suited for:Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs): Microsoft 365 offers a cost-effective solution for SMBs to access a suite of essential productivity tools without the need for extensive IT infrastructure. It provides a wide range of applications, allowing teams to collaborate, communicate, and manage documents efficiently.Remote Work and Collaboration: Microsoft 365's cloud-based nature makes it ideal for remote work scenarios. With tools like Microsoft Teams, employees can easily communicate, hold video conferences, and collaborate on projects in real-time, regardless of their location.Microsoft 365 may be less appropriate for:Organizations with Specific Software Requirements: Some organizations may have specialized software needs that are not met by Microsoft 365. In such cases, they may require industry-specific software or custom solutions.Limited Internet Connectivity: Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based platform, which means a stable internet connection is essential for optimal functionality. Organizations with poor internet connectivity might face challenges using the cloud-based applications effectively.

We use Microsoft 365 at the whole organization, by all kind of users, from Human Resources and Administration, Sales Representatives, to Developers, Testers and Project Leaders. All members use Outlook to communicate (mails) and coordinate and arrange meetings and OneDrive to share documents. Some users focus on PowerPoint (sales rep), others in Excel (admin) and others in Word, but the entire suite is simple and efficient to use while powerful to handle complex scenarios when required.
  • Online edition of documents by many users at the same time.
  • All applications automatically save changes to One Drive.
  • Outlook is great to schedule and arrange meetings and keep calendar tasks.
  • Excel, Word and PowerPoint are excellent tools that allow to produce great documents.
  • Enhance Junk Mail rules for Outlook.
  • Occasionally, there are some delays between saving a document on One Drive and being able to see the changes locally.
If you have internet access, then Microsoft 365 is a suite that helps any professional in any work area to easily create different kinds of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Outlook and OneDrive are really simple to use and enable collaboration and organization of meetings. It is not a cheap product but it enables you to perform almost all tasks required in a modern office workplace.

We tried using lots of software for our CSV file operations but none was as good as Excel. It lets us edit, view and create beautiful charts using the data. It was a pain to try using online solutions with our large CSV files. Excel handled all these large files like it was nothing. We could search and add columns and notes all over the data.
Microsoft Word is also used daily for our documents and it is very useful to have the Save as PDF feature. The compatibility between office versions is also really stable.
It was a very nice surprise that Office 365 software is also working on my Mac. I requested for a license from my company and installed the software and it saved me from lots of trouble in my Mac computer. I had all of the feature on my mobile computer too. The fonts and the icons look a bit off but it should be due to the MacOS environment. I didn't have any trouble installing or using it. It is a shame that we don't have integration with OneDrive while using Mac but I can just do the uploads manually.
  • Handle large CSV files gracefully.
  • The formattin of the files are not lost between different Office versions.
  • Works perfectly on a MacOS computer.
  • While using it on MacOS, the UI is not as good as it looks on Windows.
  • On MacOS, it is not integrated with OneDrive.
  • The updates may not work sometimes on MacOS.
When working with CSV data files, if you don't have a local software, it is a hassle to upload it to an online service. It takes too much time to upload it and to display it. If the file is too large, it cannot even be processed online. When you Excel on your local computer, everything becomes simple. The file is opened instantly. You can search and process the file as you want. The modifications are done instantly.
When you prepare a long document, it is much faster to work locally and the formatting is kept very well.
As the downside, it is not very well suited for collaboration. Some online competitors are much faster to use. Sharing, commenting and collaborative editing needs improvement.

Microsoft 365 is used company wide for all applications from Email to word processing. It allows for an easier user interface that allows seamless use between the various applications.
  • keeps tasks organized
  • allows for easier communication between team members
  • applications run smoothly ( no lag or service interruptions)
  • consider integrating more apps into the system
Communicating and tracking work through Teams has been the best feature. Its ability to sync between all the applications as well.

Microsoft 365 is pretty critical for our organization. We use it for email communications (Outlook/Exchange), including secure/encrypted email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Azure Active Directory (with a hybrid connection to an on-premise AD/domain controller), and Security. We are a company of approximately 35 employees who currently work on a hybrid office/remote schedule.
  • Brand recognition (who hasn't heard of Microsoft?)
  • Word and Excel are the industry standard by far
  • Microsoft skills learned with one organization are very portable
  • Secure/Encrypted emails between two Microsoft 365 tenants are often problematic for us
  • I often wish they'd focus on fewer things and do them better than trying to be everything to everyone
Word and Excel have always been Microsoft's strongest products, in my humble opinion. But if an organization needs just basic email communications, I'd probably point them elsewhere as the Outlook/Exchange setup is powerful but probably overkill.

We use Microsoft 360 every single day. We use mail, excel, teams, and word, as well as Mercury. It is awesome using Microsoft because it is linked to our database of over 1,000,000 candidates worldwide. So, when we need to send an email, book an appointment or interview, or track our data, it is super easy to find all the information. For example, I needed to see all of the people from my company who had emailed a CEO of a large Pharmaceutical company. I went to their page on Mercury and was able to see any time someone had sent them an email through Microsoft Outlook. It also makes scheduling, presenting, and overall communication easier within the business, especially with virtual working!
  • keeps me extremely organized. It is so easy to link calendars, emails, and documents.
  • keeps me well connected. It is so easy to send a quick message on teams or send an email to a group (for example, my particular team within the company).
  • easy to use. Everything is straightforward, making it easy to find an answer to a question. There is even a search option to figure out how to do something within Microsoft.
  • Sometimes, when I try to attach a document to an email, it says it doesn't exist. I only know how to fix this by resaving the document. It is frustrating since the document obviously does exist.
  • My email freezes sometimes when I try to send an email to a lot of people. This is also frustrating because I have to reset my whole work computer.
  • Important emails keep going into [the] trash, even though I have emailed a lot with the sender. I sent an urgent email, got a response, and didn't notice for 4 hours because it was in my trash. It made the urgent matter much more stressful.
It does make daily work a lot easier, especially since we are working from home a lot. It is easy to attach a Teams invite to an email or calendar invite, again making communication very easy. If I need to set up a meeting with my boss, I will often send him a Teams message, and he will tell me to send him a Teams Meeting invite. When I do this, I can see exactly when he is free, and my invite goes straight to his calendar. It makes a lot of day-to-day actions seamless.

I use Microsoft 365 in many ways and it addresses the needs that we have for word processing, spreadsheets, simple design, etc... I use it every single day to create documents and track stats. I find the product easy to use and have with time have used many tricks to make my job easier. I love having a suite of tools that work so well together, which helps me become more efficient in my performance.
  • Excel is an excellent spreadsheet that can handle challenging inputs and formulas.
  • Word has always been my go-to for creating complex documents where formatting makes sense.
  • The publisher makes simple graphic design easy with intuitive formats that can be easily learned.
  • I wish it was a little simpler to integrate things from one Microsoft Feature into another one. Perhaps I just don't know the tricks for that yet...after all these years of using it.
  • I didn't like how it defaulted to saving the document automatically with changes, like Google Docs, but it seems that has now changed, and is better now.
  • Generally, I really like how the suite works as is.
This product is extremely well suited for working both as an individual, or as a team when everyone is working on the same platform for ease of accessibility to documents. I don't think it is as well suited to be working in documents together, such as in Google Docs or Sheets. It doesn't do as good of a job of instant collaboration, but I much prefer the overall functionality of the Microsoft suite.

Microsoft 365 has been used extensively in our organization. Everything we need to carry out our roles and collaborate in groups is contained in this one package. All of the company's employees will benefit from it. Interpersonal and cloud connectivity are both essential. This software integrates well with Microsoft 365. Calendar, Tasks, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are all utilized. Calendar, note-taking, and spreadsheet features are included. It has everything a business needs to run smoothly.
  • Microsoft 365 makes managing user mailboxes and policies a breeze, and its spreadsheets helped us organize our maintenance work.
  • Microsoft 365 makes it simple to draft letters and memos, and the account security features work well.
  • Our data is presented in a beautiful slideshow that integrates seamlessly with the rest of our Windows PCs and seamlessly integrates with word.
  • Some applications are bulky, and communication between office and non-office applications is always desired.
  • Relatively little has changed at work. Incorporating a Python scripting tool with Excel could be helpful as most people want to add custom code.
  • There is a problem with licensing clarity and the constant shifting of where things are, hiding existing functions in new locations.
Our office's operations have always been built around it. Exchange Online is a fantastic option for any company looking to switch to Microsoft 365 from their current system. Providing the office suite with enterprise licensing can also save money. It reduces capital expenditures and improves operational spending. In the absence of Microsoft 365, we would not have been able to continue delivering our services in this way.

Microsoft 365 is used company wide. It is our go to program.
  • Excel Reports
  • Office letters and Correspondence
  • All Email
  • General Company Forms & Templets
  • Some of the advanced features can be hard to access or find
  • Spacing of text in Word can be tricky. Won't let you edit.
  • In Outlook; labeling a spam email as "junk" does not stop the sender from sending. Fills up the junk folder.
Word is still one of the best apps for writing, no matter the genre. Whether it be forms, office letters, notices, etc. There is not much that Word cannot do.
Excel has the best report structure for what we use everyday. In addition to our standard payroll software, we use an excel to reconcile our payroll. Excel makes sure no one or nothing is missed.
Outlook is used company wide for all email correspondence.

Microsoft 365 is used by all employees on a daily basis for everyday stuff. We all have Outlook emails, share files with OneDrive and Teams, and have standard office templates set up for things like Proposal Requests, ASI's, etc. We also use Microsoft 2 step authentication for logins for better security.
  • Emails/Calendar organize your emails, color coat them, turn them into tasks with follow-up dates, etc. Outlook calendar is life.
  • Being able to access your files online is very useful for live editing and sharing thoughts with teammates who may be across the ocean similar to Google Docs.
  • Interoperability between teams and OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Specifically on Teams, while video calling you should be able to draw on the shared screen like Zoom. Not a whiteboard, just a live drawing over the screen.
  • We have noticed that Sharepoint has a max capacity so every so often we need to clear out our old presentations and stuff to make room for the new ones. The process to do this could be inside of teams themselves rather than going to a web browser.
  • PowerPoint in both the browser app and the installed app - wish you could crop and resize images AND THEN re-link an updated image and it would save your cropping/resizing like in Adobe InDesign.
  • Wish the "Categories" you can assign in Outlook emails (which include color coatings) would show up in the phone app.
  • Wish the "Categories" you can assign in Outlook emails (which include color coatings) could have unlimited color selections and custom hotkey binds.
I think as a daily engine for tasks/files/management/communication, Microsoft 365 helps our office run smoothly and get our work done. We have many employees and a cross-discipline firm so it makes sense to have the full suite. I think it might be less appropriate in smaller firms or other firm types that don't rely heavily on email.

I use Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) for this current position and for all my past positions. It is a great resource with ample of tools, such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • I can find all my apps in one place, which is very effective and efficient
  • The apps are easy to use
  • Top support system when I need assistance with an app
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is suitable for a wide variety of companies. It suits those who work in the administrative, legal, business, and technology fields. There are some sources that may not foster creativity. If you are looking for a more creative outlet, I wouldn't really suggest Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), unless you are using PowerPoint, which still has very limited room for creativity. Otherwise, many small businesses or companies can use Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) on a daily basis for all types of projects

Microsoft Office 365 is central to everything we do at our organization. We leverage it for email, word processing, presentations, chat, calls, file sharing, data processing… without it I don’t know how we would function. It is pivotal to us creating and sharing information both in and out of the organization.
  • File sharing
  • Email
  • Data processing
  • Not friendly with google products
  • Teams calling can be iffy
  • Some pieces require formal training (not all intuitive)
Any organization from small to large can benefit from leveraging the Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools. I particularly like it for cloud file storage (SharePoint and one drive) as it makes it simple to access files both on your computer or mobile device seamlessly and co-author easily. Collaboration is a big part of working with these products and they do that well.

Mostly Outlook, Excel & Word - these programs are terrific.
  • Makes it easy to use email.
  • Create complicated spreadsheets easily.
  • Coordinate word documents among employees easily.
  • My number 1 complaint is that on Excel it would be nice to be able to add and/or replace certain number formats to the ribbon.
  • On Outlook it should be easier to add/subtract people from the auto-fill when sending emails.
  • The paragraph settings on word can be improved.
At this point, with people working from home, it would be close to impossible to run a company without this software.

It's convenient to use anywhere with browser. We can share the documents easily with common format.
  • We use Visio to draw diagrams
  • Web interface
  • Share across on the cloud
  • Visio diagram is not easy to export to word or PowerPoint
  • Visio does not support Mac OS
  • The auto save should turn on as default
Microsoft 365 is good for all my desktop or laptop at home. I can login my account and edit without needing to copy to locally. With OneDrive which will sync to everywhere and I don't need to worry about losing the document. We were using Office 365 but upgraded to Microsoft 365 when it became available. We use the standard options like Powerpoint, Word, and Excel on a daily basis for all sorts of things. We take advantage of using mobile apps as well. We are a construction company and it is convenient that we can push documents to our field crew seamlessly.
  • Software options are great.
  • Great service for the price point.
  • Cloud storage.
  • Overall, there aren't really any problems we have with Microsoft 365.
  • There may be one or two things in a software but nothing that isn't manageable.

Microsoft 365 is our company’s essential communications, collaboration, and sharing platform. Currently, our whole organization operates Microsoft 365, formerly known as Office 365. Nothing is challenging to figure out or use in this application. For example, we have Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive installed across the entire company. We allow our users to access their 365 accounts from anywhere and download programs to their computers as needed. It also has more features than we require. Our team works with Microsoft 365 suite products for basic word processing, data reporting, and individual project tracking. Time management, search, and progress monitoring are all made easier with this tool. In terms of email, Microsoft Outlook is the best, and SharePoint is a great collaboration tool. Microsoft 365 has provided us with real-world solutions and enabled us to use cloud-based applications. Except for industry-specific programs, it handles most of our daily program needs.
  • It is a cloud-based platform that does not require installation and is widely recognized. Users can log in via a browser or through a native application.
  • Usability and convenience with Microsoft 365 provide a great cloud solution that makes it accessible to access our content on any device.
  • It is easy to create documents for team meetings using Microsoft 365 because it integrates with all other Microsoft solutions I use.
  • An ever-expanding spreadsheet program, Excel has become more than just a way to organize and analyze data.
  • Presentations quickly turned into videos or shareable documents using PowerPoint’s built-in accessibility reviewer and tips.
  • It isn't easy to read white on white menus. I'd like to have more contrast, but I'm having trouble saving.
  • There is a limited ability to ask questions in Microsoft Forms, and the help sections are frequently tricky to locate.
  • It's not fun to use; there are a lot of glitches. It's not something that interests me.
  • Not all features are available in the web version. But still it is a good thing.
Microsoft 365 enabled seamless collaboration between colleagues and teams during the pandemic. Valid everyday-use documents, emails, charts, and data are well-done by this application. It is a cloud-based version of all Office applications and is excellent for essential documents, emails, graphs, data, chats, and communications. If you don't have a lot of money, it may not be the best option. It also lacks the capability of in-depth creation. There is a price to pay, but the long-term benefits are worth it.

Microsoft 365 is used by everyone from all departments in my organization. It is mainly used for business communications internally and with all the clients. All its applications from Word to Excel are useful for everyday work which helps in increasing the efficiency in business activities. The functionality of using this suite when online and also when offline makes it much more liked product.
  • Cloud feature enables us to connect and work from anywhere
  • It has very good security features being a Microsoft product
  • Very user friendly
  • Storage capacity issues come up every time
  • Frequent updates causes the features to change making it hard to keep track
  • Compatibility with existing system is a concern due to frequent updates
Microsoft 365 is best suited for business communications as it caters everything that is required for giving best experience. We can use it even when we are offline and use the cloud version whenever needed. Outlook is helpful for conversations with group and for sending files through attachments and similarly Word and PowerPoint make our daily life easy with its best features. Its robust security features makes it even more preferred choice for everyone.

We're using it across the entire organization. Since it's integrated with SSO and our base accounts, everyone has access and a license. It prevents sending stale files over email and allows for better collaboration.
  • Allows for collaboration with multiple people editing files
  • Provides a full suite of productivity tools to easily coordinate
  • The online versions of Word, Excel, PPT are cumbersome and missing functionality, and opening in the desktop versions removes the usefulness of collaboration
  • Managing sharing of files is cumbersome w/ several access points that don't all have the same functionality
  • Lists should be better integrated w/ email reminders
  • OneNote should allow copying between notebooks and searching across sections
Microsoft 365 is great for collaboration when everyone is using it. I like how a suite of productivity tools are integrated together. I don't like how the online and desktop versions of the app function differently. It's one of the reasons why I prefer Google Suite, because I never have to wonder where my functionality went!

Microsoft 365 is widely used across the whole organization. We use it for all kinds of communication and documentation by utilizing Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook and Planner, etc. Also utilizing SharePoint and OneDrive for Business we can store all of our files over the cloud which can be very helpful in keeping everything available at a click of a button.
  • Cloud Storage
  • MS Teams for Communication
  • Using Excel for Budgeting
  • Sometimes Syncing between different Apps does not work
  • Visio is Not included and have separate license
Microsoft 365 is very well suited for any organization that needs all in one professional solution of different applications to be used for their daily tasks. Also, all of the Apps are well integrated with each other which helps having the user have the best smooth experience. But Microsoft 365 is not suited for small organizations that do not need this variety of applications as it can be costly on them.

Microsoft 365 is a suite of tools to carry out common business activities and has been around for a very long time. I first started using these in the 1990s. We use Excel to process data in a spreadsheet. Word for recording internal documents. PowerPoint for presentations. OneDrive for backups and for backing up website data.
  • Data processing
  • Backing up your computer
  • Letters and minutes
  • Excel still has trouble with foreign characters when stored in CSV. I have to change the encoding via opening this in Notepad!
  • Could be quicker to load
  • At least the ribbon has remained the same. That UI change was annoying
It's good for saving private documents such as your business plan or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as the files are stored on your NAS or computer. If you need to share minutes from a Zoom meeting then Google Suite is better as you can share and invite people to view the document.

  • Training on how to take advantage of all it can do
  • A simpler design in some apps
If you take the time to learn what Microsoft 365 can do, you will find that it is incredible for team organization and collaboration. I find the file-sharing a little cumbersome compared to something like Dropbox. But M365 integrates perfectly with it if you'd prefer to do that.
